Totally recommend for a brief retreat

Comfortable beds, enjoyable amenities, the indoor swimming pool was a highlight for my family with children, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The common areas were spacious and beautifully decorated, making it easy for me to navigate comfortably. I appreciated the accessibility features which allowed me to enjoy the facilities without any difficulties during my stay.

More assistance at the front desk would help seniors.

Pool was nice and clean, but tricky to find the entrance. Great staff!

The pool area was clean, well-stocked with towels, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and found it easy to unwind. Plus, those large seating spots by the courtyard overlooking the pool are a major win!

Sonesta Select provided a comfortable stay with a very convenient location near SR31 and the 465 beltway. My room, the King Guestroom with Sofa Bed, featured a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered a well-equipped 24-hour fitness center that allowed me to maintain my workout routine during my business trip.

Unattentive staff and lack of breakfast service were disappointing.

The stay was more challenging than expected, especially due to issues with housekeeping and noise levels at night. Despite these challenges, I appreciated the staff at the front desk who ultimately helped when I needed assistance. The hotel had a pleasing lobby area, which was a nice spot to relax when I wasn't in my room. I wouldn't choose this place again due to the various inconveniences experienced during my stay.

Stressful stay

Our experience was tough. The staff was really rude, and the heater in our room made weird noises. We couldn’t even get towels for the pool, and when we asked for a blanket for the futon, they had none. Not what I expected for the price we paid! The only good part was the breakfast muffins were decent.

The pool was super chill and the hot tub rocked! The lobby was quiet and refreshing, perfect for downtime.

i had a great stay at sonesta select! the location was perfect for the event we were attending, and the bed in our guestroom king with sofa bed was super comfortable. the staff, especially the manager, were incredibly nice and took care of us right away at check-in. also, i loved that the hotel had a 24-hour fitness center with plenty of equipment.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. Staff assisted me once when I forgot documents. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

The check-in experience was delightful with a fun welcome gesture involving matchbox cars, making us feel appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the environmentally friendly soap and shampoo dispensers were a nice touch. However, some areas need attention, the bathroom vent was dusty, the pool area had trash, and the front desk service at night was lacking warmth, affecting our overall comfort during the stay.
